We took our whole family of 20 people on a Thanksgiving cruise to the Caribbean. On Thanksgiving night my wife had a massive heart attack on the ship. She was on life support on the ship until we reached the Caiman Islands. We got her to the hospital, but I wanted to take her back to the U.S. for the best medical care.
I called EA+, and they determined my wife needed more adequate care. So EA+ sent an air ambulance jet from Dallas to Grand Caiman and picked up my wife and I and took us to Dallas. The jet was fixed like a hospital room, and the only people on board were the two of us, a doctor and his nurse, as she was still in a coma. She has since passed away, but the efficiency and professionalism of EA+ was remarkable.
Since then, all my kids and grandkids are EA+ members. EA+ was great!
