Emergency Security or Political Evacuation/Repatriation:

This service is available when you are traveling away from home and outside of the United States.

If your current international location is being threatened by a Security or Political Emergency Situation due to governmental or social upheaval, EA+ will arrange and provide transportation to remove you from the area. EA+ will evacuate you to the nearest safe location, and then to your Home, if needed.

Natural Disaster Evacuation/Repatriation:

This service is available when you are traveling away from home domestically or internationally.

If your current location has been impacted by a Natural Disaster Situation, EA+ will on a best-effort basis arrange and provide an evacuation from a safe departure point EA+ designates, to a safe haven of EA+’s selection and then to your Home, if needed. If evacuation becomes impractical due to hostile or dangerous conditions, EA+ will maintain contact with you and advise you until evacuation becomes viable or the Natural Disaster Situation has passed.

• Emergency Medical Evacuation via ground or air ambulance, if deemed medically necessary to get your extended family member to a more appropriate hospital if their current facility can’t properly treat their medical condition.
• Transportation Home After Stabilization via a one-way airline ticket, arranged and provided by EA+. A Nurse Escort will be provided if deemed medically necessary to provide continued medical care during their trip home.
• Return of Deceased Remains service to bring their body home if they pass away while traveling.
• Return of Traveling Companion if EA+ evacuates your extended family member from one hospital to another, transports them home, or if they pass away while traveling.
• Return of Minor Children who are left unattended if your extended family member is unable to care for them due to their hospitalization.
• RV/Vehicle Return if your extended family member can’t drive their vehicle back home because their documented medical emergency prohibits it and no one in your party is able to drive it.

Extended Family expands your EA+ services to the following family members: the Member’s Grandchild, Adult Child, Adult Child’s Spouse, Parent, Grandparent, Brother or Sister who is traveling with the Member as a Traveling Companion.

Your extended family members must be traveling with you to be eligible for services.
